Since arriving to leaving all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff Ruwan, Denuwan, Delip and Deshan took special care for the birthday celebration and their service was including all the other staff at the restaurant gave an excellent service with tasty food to enjoy. Upul and Kumara made us welcome and helped us with luggages. Poojani, Thanush, Chatu provided excellent severe at checking desk but Raveesha was above and beond for our welcome. Thank you all for the excellent service and wishing to return in the future and recommending everyone this hotel.

The resort has a fantastic location and the beach in front of it is just perfect, as you move further up though the properties have beach but there is a dip in the sand level to reach the water. The facilities of the resort are very good - pool, spa, bar, restaurant and daily activities to keep you busy. They have submitted beds available so you can lounge by the sea. The staff isa excellent. The only minus point would be that the rooms though kept clean can feel a bit old with the paint fading at some places. But that none the less it was an excellent property. We went as a family with old parents and they even accomodates our request of wanting a room on the ground floor as our mother could not climb them. Price point could possibly be worked at but an amazing stay. This was the last place we stayed to end our holiday in Sri Lanka and it was absolutely worth it.

The resort is right on the beach, and you get fabulous ocean views right from your bed, if you take a deluxe double room. The staff is very courteous and have the best intentions. However, the positives end here. The resort overall has a dull and depressing feel, especially during monsoons, due to it being an old property and the lighting palette being too dark. There are not many activities to do, given it's a small resort and you just end up either in the room or the pool. The private beach is also very small, and was very clean when we went due to high tides. The surroundings of the property are also not lively, and in off season, you hardly have any buzz outside the resort as well. I booked it just for the jacuzzi but in hindsight should have skipped it and gone for one of the bigger resorts nearby which were available for the same price.
