I forgot, Chipiona's seafront promenade, with more than 3 km, is unmatched worldwide.

Very warm greeting by Jolanda who was helpful & provided useful information about the area. Cosy apartment with fantastic views especially of the sunset. Ideal for lovely beach access 100 yards away with many options for beach bars & restaurants 10 minutes walk. Had underground garage parking nearby & easy to access & visit regional attractions. Had two weeks stay & thoroughly enjoyed our lovely & secure apartment with nice approach mid way by Jolanda to ensure all was well. Thank you.

Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Der tägliche Blick auf das Meer ist wirklich toll!
Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut, nur das Bett ist etwas schmal.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Estuvimos 4 noches en Apartamento la Barca, nos encantaron las vistas al puerto deportivo y la playa. El apartamento está muy bien equipado y Chipiona es un pueblo muy agradable para pasear en bici y bañarte en estas playas de arena fina y mar tranquilo.

We were met at the Jerez airport by Jolanda, an excellent service and much cheaper than the local Taxi's. The apartment is compact but has everything you require. There is air con ( needed when the temps hit the 40's), the bathroom and shower are excellent. We had a slight problem with the boiler ( our fault ) but Manuel was there straight away to show us where we had gone wrong. The kitchen has everything you need, except if you want to boil water you need to use a saucepan ( no kettle ). The apartment was lovely and clean and decoration superb. The position of the apartment is perfect, just a short walk into the centre, so you do not get any late night noises. Also it its across the road from the Beach and the Port/Marina. We can recommend the Marina for Food and Refreshment( the cheapest ) Also within 30 yards is the La Mar Bar, this is run my Mario and is well worth a visit ( we went most days ) the place is superb with Air Con inside and an outside seating area to watch the sun go down approx 22:00pm Food excellent ( no TV's ). We were there 4 1/2 weeks and will certainly recommend the apartment La Barca and the we will be going again next year. Thank you again Jolonda/Manuel.
