Trullo Terra di Alix

Aline and Thiery are exceptional hosts, and their home is the best holiday place I’ve ever stayed in. It’s peaceful, authentic, surrounded by olive trees, and the perfect spot to rest your mind and experience the real Puglia. The house has everything you need, and even in the summer heat the ventilators kept us comfortable. The location is 10/10, close to Ostuni and many other beautiful towns.

Nothing, all perfect!

Beautiful trullo in a spacious setting. Pool was relaxing and outside seating area felt like an extra room. Main bedroom and en-suite was the original trullo and the other two bedrooms, bathroom and central kitchen were new additions but nicely connected as one. The hosts, Thierry and Aline, were really welcoming. We took up their offer of a cooking evening with chef Rosario and had lots of fun cooking a traditional local meal. They pointed us in the right direction if we asked for advice.

The en-suite suffered a bit in the heat with the lack of ventilation. The property could benefit from air conditioning in the summer months. The middle bedroom would benefit from being converted to a single bedroom with wardrobe. However, these are minor points as it was a fabulous stay.

Gastvrijhed van de host, bijzondere lokatie, schone accomodatie en mooi en schoon zwembad

In de nacht was er een apparaat dat aansloeg en enkele uren stond te ronken, Dat heeft een aantal mensen een paar uur uit de slaap gehouden, terwijl het verder zo stil en rustig was in de omgeving.
