Apartments Pilicari

The host was very kind and it was a great location.

Mi már harmadjára voltunk itt, az elhelyezkedése miatt választottuk először. A tengerre néző teraszon kellemes reggelizni, vacsorázni. Séta távolságban a tengerpart, és nincs messze a város sem. Az apartmannak van egy különleges bája, kedves a szállásadó. Parkolás megoldott, fedett helyen állt az autónk.

Mivel út mellett fekszik az apartman ezért hangos, de az ablakok jól szigetelnek, nem hallatszik be a zaj. A szoba légkondicionált, a többi helyiség meleg.

The hostess was very friendly and could talk in multiple languages fluently, which we obviously appreciated. She even left us some cold beers and mineral water in the fridge as a welcoming gift. The apartment was larger than we thought and it had everything we needed. The location is also rly good, it's just like 15min from Rovinj center by foot. Now, something that a lot of people complain about is the noise, as the apartment is situated right on a very busy road. Either they're too sensitive, or they just wanted to write something negative about the apartment, because you can barely hear anything as soon as you close the sliding door. Another thing most people seem to complain about is the air conditioner, and I kinda get why, but not really. The air conditioner is programmed to cool to the minimun temperature of 23° Celsius, and after it reaches that temperature in the apartment, it will turn off by itself. The hostess explains this very thouroughly right at the beginning, but obviously if people leave the windows open, the apartment can never reach 23°, so after a while it will just turn off by itself. I'm a bit of a human radiator so 23° was too warm for me at the beginning, but after a while you just get accustomed to it, and it wasn't rly a problem after the second night or so. My partner didn't have any problems with the ac at all. Overall the apartment is highly recommendable and really good value.

Appartamento pulito, accogliente e funzionale. Aveva tutto il necessario per la cucina.

La posizione lontana dalle spiagge ( senza le biciclette la camminata è di almeno 3/4 km per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina anche dal centro di Rovigno.) L'impossibilità di utilizzare il.condizionatore, che secondo la signora ha un sistema smart che si spegne (e non mantiene) raggiunta la temperatura di 24 gradi. Le notti erano calde e a causa del funzionamento smart del condizionatore non abbiamo dormito al fresco perché il sistema Spegneva automaticamente il condizionatore senza avere la possibilità di riaccenderlo e avere nuovamente fresco.
