The whole experience was good made better by Natascha, a fantastic, friendly, helpful host.

Road noise, but no fault of the owner and though on a busy road the sea view and surroundings were lovely.

Pleasant 5 days in Rovinj

Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. Perfect for a couple. Very nice host, you cannot wish better. The town is about 10 minutes walk away, although the road climbs all the way back., but still very conveniently located. In the mornings we went down to the city beach for a swim, which was a great experience.

The terrace faces south-west, so it was very hot in the afternoon (we had extremly hot weather over 35 °C). Thanks to the air condition the temperature in the kitchen and the room was acceptable. The house is next to a noisy main road, but we knew that and it's not disturbing in the room only if sitting on the teracce. WiFi is very poor, maybe a router could be fitted. We used our own mobile net so this wasn't a big problem for us.

This is Hospitality, yes, with big letter! Our Host waited us as we had agreed, we found water, chocolate and wine in the fridge. During the holiday we got a gift, house-made fritule, local/croation donut from the Host... it was really tasty, we loved that :) We received the appartment on the ground floor, for 2 people it is more than enough, separate kitchen with dining room, bathroom, livingroom and bedroom, with 2 huge terraces (1 private, 1 in the garden). Beach and the city/old town can be reached by walk easily, supermarkets are close as well (less than 5 minutes with car).

Minor things. The bigger problem was that okay the appartment is equipped with air conditioner but that is in the living room which is the farthest room from the bedroom, so during summertime it's not the best (sun is shining to the bedroom during the afternoon). Other thing is relatively small but there was just 2 types of knives, butter knife and 1 big for bread, nothing else for cutting e.g. fruits.

Exceptional

Natascha, the host, was extremely kind and helpful throughout! He also prepared a few things for us in advance! (Wine, chocolate, coffee) We even got cookies from him! The apartment was excellent in everything! Spacious, very clean, well equipped, close to the old town and several beaches! We will definitely go back next year!☺😍

Superb

I guess the location was beautiful and quiet although around 15-20 mins walk from the Center but i enjoy walking so i had no trouble. The apartment was beautiful and clean. Also, Natasha was a great host and always available whenever I needed to ask anything! Overall I really loved my stay there and will hopefully come again!

Great host and clean place

The host was really nice and helpful, she even checked in with us on the second day as I was unwell during check in. She was great with communication and the apartment was clean. It was bigger than anticipated. The apartment 5 mins drive from the centre, and there is also a beach even closer. Our apartment also had a sea view :D

Highly recommended for family vacation!

The accommodation is located about 10 minutes walk from the centre old town of Rovinj. The apartment fully met our expectations. It is very spacious, fully equipped and functional. There is even a tiny balcony with a beautiful view. If you want to explore different beaches we recommend renting a bike; otherwise, you must take a long walk. There are many bike tracks all over Rovinj, so if you are up for adventure and active vacation, this is the best option. Also, there is an option to visit two beautiful islands very close to Rovinj (10 min by boat), the island of St Catherin and the island of St Andrew.

Stylish apartment

The apartment is beautiful. It is modern and stylish. You can feel that the owners put a lot of thought into decorating the place. Everything was new. It is also extremely clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace is huge and has fantastic view.

Bad WiFi. It only worked in the kitchen and sometimes did not work at all. Constant smell from the sink in the bathroom. The location isn’t bad, but it’s a solid 20 minute walk to the restaurants. There is a beach nearby but it’s not the best and a really nice beach Cuvi is 40 minutes away. The ceiling is low so watch out for the head.

Geniale Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage

Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir wurden von ihr in Empfang genommen und haben alles sehr ausführlich erklärt bekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir mit ihr sehr angenehme Gespräche geführt, die Kommunikation erfolgte in deutscher Sprache. Unser Apartment war sehr groß und sauber, hatte eine separate Küche sowie einen großen Balkon. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt auf dem Grundstück und sind größtenteils überdacht. Eine feste Zuordnung gibt es nicht, aber für jedes Apartment gibt es einen Parkplatz. Die Lage war perfekt, da sowohl die Altstadt von Rovinj als auch der Strand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen waren. Das Apartment ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

Tiszta, tágas apartman, jó környéken!

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, gyalog 15p a stand, 20p a belváros. Tágas apartman, nagy terasszal, fürdővel. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Tényleg szuper élmény volt :)

Sajnos nem hűtötte be rendesen a szállást a klíma, így estére kicsit meleg volt. Kenyérvágókést és vágódeszkát hiányoltunk, de azon kívül jó volt a felszereltség!

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Frau Pilicari hat uns bei der Ankunft erwartet und uns das Apartment gezeigt. Sie hatte sogar eine Flasche Sekt und zwei Flaschen Wasser in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Sie war überhaupt sehr aufmerksam und nett. Während unseres Aufenthaltes spendiert sie auch noch eine Tüte Quarkbällchen. Das Apartment entsprach absolut der Beschreibung, war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Altstadt ist etwa 1km entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Badstrände liegen in Entfernungen von 500m bis zu 5km. Ein Fahrrad ist von Vorteil, da die Parkplätze zu den Stränden immer gut gefüllt sind und die Fußwege von dort zu den Stränden auch recht weit sind.

La posizione é buona per raggiungere sia la spiaggia che il centro, Appartamento molto pulito e la sig,ra Natasha sempre disponibile e in loco.

Nell'attrezzatura da cucina manca solo la moka (per noi Italiani é importante) e le tazzine. Per il resto tutto ok.

Rovigno e i suoi tramonti

La struttura è perfetta per un soggiorno a Rovigno: accogliente, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. L’host Natasha è una persona deliziosa, sempre disponibile e attenta, e ci ha coccolati con i suoi fantastici dolci fatti in casa. Un vero valore aggiunto! Il parcheggio incluso è un grande vantaggio, soprattutto considerando i costi elevati dei parcheggi in città. La casa gode di una vista mare mozzafiato, e il balcone si è rivelato il luogo ideale per godersi aperitivi e cene al tramonto. Consigliatissima. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Non abbiamo riscontrato particolari difetti. Se proprio dovessimo trovare qualche punto da migliorare, segnaliamo il letto leggermente rumoroso e suggeriremmo di considerare l’aggiunta di un servizio di noleggio biciclette, che sarebbe molto comodo per esplorare Rovigno e i dintorni.

L unica criticità che bisogna tenere finestre chiuse di notte è aria condizionata accesa x il traffico che passa sotto le finestre.

Appartamento funzionale e bello Ma....

Appartamento pulito, accogliente e funzionale. Aveva tutto il necessario per la cucina.

La posizione lontana dalle spiagge ( senza le biciclette la camminata è di almeno 3/4 km per raggiungere la spiaggia più vicina anche dal centro di Rovigno.) L'impossibilità di utilizzare il.condizionatore, che secondo la signora ha un sistema smart che si spegne (e non mantiene) raggiunta la temperatura di 24 gradi. Le notti erano calde e a causa del funzionamento smart del condizionatore non abbiamo dormito al fresco perché il sistema Spegneva automaticamente il condizionatore senza avere la possibilità di riaccenderlo e avere nuovamente fresco.

Alles prima und sehr schön

Die zentrale Lage zwischen Stadt und Strand war super. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Tolle Terrasse mit prima Blick aufs Meer. Frau Pilicari hat uns sehr herzlich und dazu mit Pfannkuchen empfangen, die total lecker waren. Danke dafür. Toll war auch der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Wir haben uns auch dank vieler guter Tipps rund um Istrien sehr wohl gefühlt!

Durch die zentrale Lage kann es zum Abend hin durch den vorbeifahrenden Verkehr etwas lauter sein, was uns nicht besonders gestört hat.

Radfahrurlaub in Rovinje

Rovinje gehört für mich zu den schönsten Mittelmeerfleckchen Man kann endlos Gasserln erkunden. 1A. Radfahren ging in Pula besser. Das Radwegnetz ist besser augebaut.Das Meer, die Restaurants, die Unterkunft. Perfekt.

Minden rendben volt,nagyon takaros szállás.Fedett parkoló az udvarban.Tengerre nyíló kilátás.Belvaroshoz ,strandhoz közel,minden gyalog megközelíthető.A szállásadó rendkívül kedves volt még palacsintát is sütött nekünk.
