Traditional Greek-style cottage in garden oasis with harbour view.

Traditional style compact house in luxuriant garden setting. Great views back to Paroikia. Very cool, airy bedrooms partially set into the ground. Lovely spots to sit at all times of day. Shared pool area just over side fence accessed by gate.

Wouldn’t work for those who can’t manage stairs. And same for young children. So if you’re allergic to cats it’s not suitable with at least 8 hanging around early morning and evening. For us not a problem.

Good

There was a welcome platter of fruit, meats and cheese upon our arrival plus milk, bread, eggs and plenty of coffee. Actually lots of amenities couldn’t fault that at all.

The house seemed bigger in the ad and photos. Heaps of outdoor area but not always ideal on very hot days.

Perfect beach house for a family

Perfect location, walking distance (less than 5 min) from a perfect beach, scenic swimming pool. The house is made to live on the outside with 3 very comfortable terrasses. The inside is not so large, but still very comfortable for a family of 7 as us. We felt like at home with all the équipements showing that the owner is also enjoying the place regularly :-) The house manager is of a great help and we particularly appreciated all the small attentions like the fridge full refreshments when we arrived or the help with the transfer to the port or the breakfast the first morning.

The property was beautiful. Very quiet. The fridge was full, they let more good for ya to eat. More that we could ever imagine or expect. Thank you for all the baby needs.

so it s an excellent place to really enjoy outdoor time as weather is always fine.

- very nice outdoor with 3 comfortable and charming terrasses - very pretty garden , plenty flowers - nice and large swimming pool , with both sun and shadow terrasses - magnificent view on Parikia bay and town. - very quiet - 3 minutes walk to a very nice beach

- no possibility for indoor meal ( no table , no chairs) , - quite small inside . Indicated surface of 102m² must include terrasse as real indoor is max 75m². so it s an excellent place to really enjoy outdoor time as weather is always fine. -big surprise is presence of probably 10 to 15 cats ! they have their on 2 houses by the pool and someone is coming to feed them. Better that everyone staying there love cats and no one has allergy.
