L'appartamento è piccolino ma completo di tutto. Non è recentissimo ma comunque è pulito. Ha l'aria condizionata sia in camera da letto che nel soggiorno/pranzo. Va bene per 2 persone, l'apertura del divano letto in caso di terza persona lo renderebbe molto stretto e dovrebbe essere richiuso ogni mattina per poter mangiare in casa. Tavoli esterni a disposizione degli ospiti. Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo ma a mio avviso va bene solo in caso di soggiorni brevi.
L'appartamento ha le pareti troppo sottili, nessuna insonorizzazione e si sente tutto quello che fanno quelli accanto. Pianti, urla, gente che va in bagno.
