A little piece of paradise!

We loved our stay at Time Out. It was a little piece of paradise, so peaceful and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the accommodation and perfectly clean everywhere. The garden was an absolute joy to relax in with a bottle of wine or a couple of beers. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and gave us helpful information to find the nearest supermarket, restaurants and places to visit.

Most relaxing - positioned for a forest walk, Michelin star dinner and visit to Van Gogh’s childhood home.

Location, garden setting with table and chairs backing onto a forest, comfortable sitting room with lovely outlook. Welcoming, helpful hosts.

For us, we found the main bedroom - spacious and attractively laid out, was not sufficiently private, for it looked onto our hosts’ outdoor living area.

Lovely stay!

Wonderful hosts! The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen/eating area. Perfect for a family! The bathroom was nice and clean with a handy hairdryer. Plenty of sockets to charge your phone. Nice refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold. Parking is gated and secured. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and chocolates. Great stay!

The location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The hosts are very nice people, they keep asking for any help or special needs we might have.

The layout of the bathroom is very inconvenient due to in the middle of two bedrooms and you can't lock the door. You can't actually use one of the bedrooms when the bathroom is in use by someone.. We felt like living in one bedroom and living room apartment in stead of two bedrooms.

Home away from home, very well cared for by excellent hosts.

We loved the location very close of the best of Breda: the woods, the cosy part of the city and great restaurants. The stylish, warm interior made us feel at home at once. But the quality of the hosting by the owners made all the difference. We will be back.

A charming house in nature, but very close to the city

The warm welcome of the hosts, the greenery surrounding the house, the privacy we had, considering that the house is attached to the host's house, the house was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, the perfect place for a relaxing escape, we will definitely come back

La ubicación es en un sitio muy bonito, arbolado y con un entorno natural precioso. Henk y M. Therese fueron muy amables y nos dieron indicaciones diarias sobre sitios para ver. Son encantadores.

Íbamos dos parejas y el cuarto de baño está entre las dos habitaciones que ocupábamos. Nos teníamos que poner de acuerdo para usarlo y que no estuviera alguien dentro (porque tenía dos puertas)

Mooie accomodatie die nog eens rustig gelegen is!

Hartelijk ontvangen en alle nodige uitleg gekregen. Perfecte communicatie en extra tips ontvangen. Heel vriendelijke mensen dat willen dat je volop kan genieten. Dichtbij een prachtig groot bos waar je mooie wandelingen kan maken en amper 15 min van centrum Breda met de auto. Kortom, ideaal!

Zeer aangenaam en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, goede communicatie wanneer van toepassing en je verder je privacy gunnend. Mooie locatie en stijlvol ingerichte B&B. Rustig gelegen en toch snel in centrum van Breda (met auto).

Wanneer je zelf de temperatuur had kunnen regelen zou wat prettiger zijn, alhoewel de communicatie hierover met de eigenaren goed verliep en indien nodig aangepast werd. Er was sprake van koude val in de zithoek (wij waren er in januari), maar gelukkig waren er wel fleecedekens aanwezig waar we dankbaar gebruik van maakten.
