The check in process was so smooth. Mr Tan was very nice even during the Chinese New Year celebration that he celebrate.. Thank you Mr Tan.

no lif and it was on first floor.

Great location and very close to Pasir Bogak beachside. Beds and floor were all clean. Electric water heaters were working just fine. .

We paid rm630 per night for this unit (C-3-7) via booking.com. The unit has 3 rooms and 2 toilets with bathrooms. We would have expected at least blankets would be provided however these were missing for all rooms, instead only a thin bed cover were provided which had caused problems for our elderly parent. There was a kettle provided however there was no suitable plugs for this. As a result we were not able to access any clean drinking water in the house. We suggest a suitable water dispenser for consideration in the future. There are almost very limited electrical plugs available in the room unfortunately. For future residents be aware that there is no lifts here/only staircase (this was informed to us before we checked in which was good) and the unit we stayed was on the third floor of the building. I suggest for future bookings please message host for exact unit number as there are so many units in Lot 10
