The kitchen is well equipped, the terrace and house are huge. Great surroundings, homemade cake and water to welcome new guests.
Washing machine, coffee machine, very nice host. Good communication with minor mishaps, because we don't speak italian and Giovanna doesn't speak English ;)
Problem with wi-fi, but we are from EU and have roaming, not a big issue.
Not easy to find. Remember to don't trust google maps, trust the host, she is very helpful and patient, and she guided us well.

Beautiful, quite location. House had all we needed for our stay. Owners were nice.
House has two parts and is divided by locked doors only. You can hear every word people living next door say. Also, they were smoking inside one night and all the smoke went to our room. It was not very pleasant. Location of the house is beautiful, but make sure you meet the owner by the main road - sat nav took us a couple of turns sooner of the main road, and we ended up driving down the steep hill on a untreated road to another property.
