Never expected that the apartment is not very clean.

Location is good. Easy to reach nearby beaches. Apartment is cute and big enough for us, family of 5. Kitchen facilities(plate, glass, different pan etc) are complate. Dishwasher, washing machine work OK (you need buy soaps), fridge is big which is perfect. Owner left a small welcoming gift which is very friendly.

When we check in, floor was clean but the rest part of the house are not clean. Dusts everywhere, I think even the blankets need to be washed. There is a sticky smell in the house when windows are closed. The apartment needs a deep cleaning. No nets on windows, so evening we've got mosquitoes inside the house. We found that the bed in upstairs room was quite uncomfortable.

The overall location/property was fine, very clean and pleasant.

The flat was not very well equipped. There was a minimum of kitchen utensils, kitchen towels, toilet paper, etc.

The location was excellent, it was very quiet and the pool area was spotlessly clean.

The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were more like a ladder than stairs and were very dangerous. There was no electric sockets in that bedroom and the washbasin was too small. Also you couldn’t stand up to shower because of the lack of headroom. The toilet downstairs had no washbasin at all and neither extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet worked. Considering it was an apartment for 7/8 people, there was only 3 wine glass! In my opinion the mezzanine bedroom should not have been added to the property

Per una vacanza in relax tra Fenicotteri,palme, Clima insulare,vento, sole e ossigeno a volontà.

La posizione e' ottima, una bellissima vista sul giardino , sulla pineta e la piscina ad esclusivo utilizzo del residence. Si raggiunge il mare e le spiagge in meno di 10 minuti a piedi, con un percorso ombreggiato.

Niente; e' andato tutto molto bene.

Très bon séjour, arrivée en autonomie et proche de la piscine.

Propre et bien rangé, bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à laver). Proche de la piscine.

Manque de quelques accessoires comme spatules pour la cuisine, ou pince à linge pour étendre le linge. Aération dans la salle à manger bruyante la nuit.

Très bon séjour !

L'appartement est très bien équipé, notamment pour les enfants et par rapport aux appartements Pierre&Vacances à côté. Le ménage était fait à l'arrivée, la communication était facile et rendre les clés a été très efficace. Un petit site de l'appartement vous donne des conseils et les consignes, ce qui est assez pratique. Propriétaires sympathiques même si nous ne les avons pas vu en vrai. Appartement bien situé dans la résidence, qui est elle-même charmante.

Certains équipements pourraient être remplacés comme le grille pain ou les rideaux. Le confort du matelas du clic-clac n'est pas optimal.

Belle résidence très bien située.

Appartement situé dans un superbe parc arboré avec une belle piscine et des chaises longues. Accès à pied vers une longue plage de sable fin avec mer en pente très douce. Activités nautiques à proximité (planche à voile, catamaran, jetski, etc.). Bien calme la nuit, climatisation et belle terrasse ombragée permet de manger à l'extérieur à toute heure avec vue sur le parc et la piscine. Parking sécurisé et très bon réseau wi-fi. Grand frigo bien pratique et plancha.

Lits de 190cm trop petits pour les grands gabarits. Manque quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine ; couteau à légume et économe/éplucheur. Mezzanine à réserver à des personnes agiles (accès un peu raide).

Une lieu de repos agréable même en pleine canicule !

Emplacement impeccable, sentier du littoral accessible, voie cyclable, commodités pour des denrées fraiches (tropezienne de la Maison David imbattable!), proche de la plage de la badine par un chemin dans la pinède, avec agréable et propre piscine dans la résidence, parking facile dans résidence fermée et sécurisée (garde la nuit), terrasse avec bonne exposition et vue piscine, grand frigo avec congélateur et climatisation centrale. Wifi de bonne qualité. Contact facile avec la propriétaire en cas de besoin.

Une cafetiere à dosettes ainsi qu'un espace de rangement pour les courses seraient un plus.

Se non avete bisogno del wifi veloce e volete godervi la pace è un posto perfetto

L'appartamento si trova in un residence con piscina per grandi e bambini a circa 300 metri, l'accesso al mare in una spiaggia libera. Ha un bel terrazzo coperto dove si riesce a stare la maggior parte del tempo. Il signore che gestisce l'accoglienza e le pulizie, Salim, è super gentile e disponibile e ci ha risolto i problemi di alcune cose che mancavano o andavano sistemate. Lui è sempre disponibile e ti aiuta per ogni necessità. La piscina è vicinissima e molto bella. Il residence è connesso ad un altro residence della stessa catena molto più vicino al mare. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. L'appartamento è dotato di molti accessori, ma alcune cose sono in pessimo stato di manutenzione. Salim ci ha fornito anche dei pezzi nuovi di quello che mancava. Ricordatevi di portare da casa carta igienica e scottex!! A volte trovate olio, sale, pepe, ecc., ma altre volte no, quindi organizzatevi. C'è un supermercato VIVAL a 150 metri a piedi, molto fornito e con piatti pronti cucinati e tantissima scelta di tutto pur essendo piccolissimo. Fa anche dei croissant ottimi. I letti a castello sono comodi.

I proprietari sono raggiungibili solo con whatsapp e non sempre sono responsive. Il wifi è pessimo, davvero molto lento e se si vuole una linea veloce bisogna pagare un supplemento. La camera non ha una finestra nel salone, ma solo una porta finestra che la notte non si può lasciare aperta perché potrebbero entrare gli animali. L'unica finestra è nella zona dei letti a castello e non basta per arieggiare la struttura. L'aria condizionata funziona solo nella parte del salotto ed in minima parte raggiunge l'altra ala dell'appartamento ed il bagno dove serve il ventilatore per avere un giro d'aria. Lo spazio esterno, i giochi, il carrello per la spiaggia ed altre cose non erano puliti, ma Salim ha fatto il possibile per sistemare le cose. Nel parcheggio gratuito molte persone mettono la macchina in modo barbaro ed a volte non si riesce ad entrare o uscire dall'auto o a trovare un posto libero. Ma questo non è colpa della struttura, ma degli ospiti maleducati. Un signore del piano di sopra ci buttava i sigari nel nostro spazio. La zona della veranda non ha alcuna chiusura e quindi i bambini piccoli possono scappare in quanto non c'è alcuna protezione. Il mare in alcuni giorni è sporco, meglio andare all'Almanarre. Il letto principale in salone è in realtà un divano letto che bisogna fare e disfare e non è super comodo a dire il vero.

Un cadre magnifique, MAIS PAS L'APPARTMENT

L'environnement, le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques, ainsi que la plage à proximité, mais l'hébergement a tout gâché.......

L'appartement était HORRIBLE et la proprete............... probablement à l'origine une chambre à coucher, mais avec beaucoup de créativité, une mezzanine a été construite pour caser une deuxième chambre à coucher juste sous le toit ! Inutile de dire que le SAUNA était gratuit, sans parler des marches à monter et à descendre, surtout si vous vous levez la nuit, à moitié endormi, pour aller aux toilettes ! Personnellement, mauvaise qualité pour le prix que nous avons payé....... Argent rapide Le climatiseur faisait un tel bruit dans l'entrée et je me demande si les filtres ont déjà été nettoyés. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas correctement non plus. Quelle Dommage
