    We had an amazing stay at Empire Resort in Coron Island. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Vivian, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. During our vacation, we even called her our “angel” because she was always there with a smile and ready to assist. The beach is beautiful, with soft white sand and crystal-clear water, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The food was also absolutely delicious, with plenty of great options to choose

    My girlfriend and I stayed at Mpire Resort for 5 nights, and it was honestly one of the most wonderful and relaxing trips we’ve ever had. This place is an absolute gem. First of all, the food was seriously amazing. Everything we ate was delicious, fairly priced, and there was a great variety of meals, drinks, fresh fruit juices, coconuts, and alcohol. The free breakfast was such a nice touch, and they even set up a table for us on the beach in the mornings. Having breakfast by the water with strong coffee was such a perfect way to start each day. The resort itself is peaceful, quiet, and beautiful. It’s located on Corregidor Island, away from the hustle, bustle, and touristy feeling of General Luna, so it truly felt like we were in our own little world. The water was crystal clear, they had complimentary snorkels, and the whole setting was perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. At the same time, they also had Starlink Wi-Fi, which was a huge plus. Our villa was very clean, the air conditioning was strong, and everything felt comfortable. One small detail I really loved was the soft carpet grass along the path back to the villas — it made the whole resort feel like a fairy tale. The staff were the highlight of the entire stay. They are some of the sweetest, most hardworking people we’ve ever met. Everyone was so attentive, caring, and genuinely kind. You could tell they truly wanted us to have the best experience possible, and they absolutely took the trip to the next level. They also offer activities like hiking tours and island tours, so there’s plenty to do if you want a little adventure. Another bonus: the resort has the sweetest dogs and cats. If you’re an animal lover, they make the experience even more special. Overall, Mpire Resort was a 10/10 stay for us. Delicious food, amazing staff, beautiful clear water, peaceful surroundings, clean villas, decent Wi-Fi, and a truly magical island atmosphere. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway in Siargao.

    As a solo traveler the choice I made was wrong. The resort is on a very remote island with no facilities to visit anything. The weather for most of my stay was awful so I was confined to my villa, which was very, very nice. I found the food very mediocre but the staff were very nice and I was happy that the resort picked me up and dropped me off the main Siargao Island.
