Formal Complaint Against The Exclusive House for Unprofessional Conduct
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the deeply troubling experience I had during my stay at The Exclusive House guest house. My experience was marred by the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the management, which I believe has traumatized and felt so unsafe with it
Upon my arrival, no clear checkout time was communicated to me, which is a standard practice in of every guest houses across Pakistan. Typically, I have encountered checkout times of either 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM, with a reasonable grace period offered if necessary. However, at The Exclusive House, this standard was not upheld, leading to a misunderstanding on my part regarding the checkout time. When I attempted to check out, the manager’s response was shockingly rude and aggressive, far beyond what one would expect in the hospitality industry.
The manager’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful. As a frequent traveler, I have never encountered such hostility from hotel staff, and this experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards being upheld at this establishment. Such conduct is not only detrimental to individual guests but also poses a broader threat to Pakistan's reputation as a welcoming and hospitable destination for tourists.
What is particularly concerning is that during my stay, I noticed that foreign tourists were also guests at this establishment. This raises serious concerns about the impression they may have taken away from their visit to Pakistan. The behavior I experienced could severely tarnish the image of our hospitality industry in the eyes of international visitors, which would have long-term consequences for tourism in our country.
In addition to these concerns, I observed significant issues with the guest house's facilities. The air conditioning system was malfunctioning throughout my stay, often tripping and producing loud, annoying noises. This further added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction of my experience.

I had booking on Agoda but they have refused mentioned that they don't even have the registration with Agoda.

Beds are full of bed bugs, which caused severe allergic reaction.
Rushed to hospital, my family member is still under medical care.
No proper electric backup in case of load shedding.
Rude staff with no manners at all.
