    We stayed in Myra Grand for 4 nights and 5 days. The rooms didn't have any ventilation except A.C. Even the corridors do not have any open window. They didn't provide any toiletries except a single towel for 2 people. There was no hot water and when I asked for it, they said we do not have that facility.

    They promised car park but I had to park on footpath for the night. They said it will be arranged but no one contacted me after that. No toiletries provided, I had to ask for soap. Only one towel for 2 guests. The receptionist is not bothered in listening to your issue. Lift was broken.VERY BAD SERVICE AND POOR VALUE FOR MONEY. You can get better service for half the price.
