    *King Suite – Disappointing Experience* I typically don’t write reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel compelled me to share my experience. I booked the top-tier _King Suite_ expecting premium accommodation, but what I received was far from advertised. *Room condition:* Upon check-in, the room was significantly smaller than described—approximately 15x12 ft—and bore little resemblance to the photos on the booking site. When I questioned the staff multiple times, they simply confirmed it was the suite I’d reserved, with no further explanation. The so-called “King Suite” had two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, which felt misleading. *Cleanliness & amenities:* The bed linens had visible tobacco stains, hair, and a yellowish mark that appeared unsanitary. The washroom was clean, but basic toiletries were missing and had to be requested repeatedly. The overall room condition was poor, with signs of pests—rats were present and mosquitoes were common. *Breakfast:* Breakfast was included in my booking, yet it consisted of only two slices of bread and a single-egg omelette—well below reasonable expectations for a king suite room. *Location note:* My room was on the 3rd floor directly in front of the lift, which added to the noise and lack of privacy. *Conclusion:* I’m sharing this to caution future guests. The experience did not match the booking description or price point. I strongly recommend inspecting the room before committing, especially if you’re considering the same category. Those who have doubts should visit the room in person. Thank you.

    Terrible experience at this hotel. There was no Wi-Fi, no TV, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. The room had mosquitoes, the pillow was covered with small hairs, and the washroom was dirty and very unhygienic. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. We definitely do not recommend this place.

    I booked a suite room and a family room both with refrigerator, rocking chair and kettle which were shown in the photo but all the three were absent in both the rooms the showed when I entered the hotel. I requested the receptionist to provide me atleast fridge in both rooms as my father carried insulin with him and I have a small child with me i asked to change the room and provide me the one as shown in photo to which they replied only one room can be given with a fridge at this time and other one will be given the next day so I took the family room with fridge for my father and the suite was without fridge. Next day they didn't changed the suite room and we found ants on the bed in our room for which we complaint so they provided us a deluxe room for the night. Next day our room was cleaned when we came in the evening but was not changed. Neither the kettle nor the fridge was provided in my suite room during the whole stay. The room no. was 301 neither it had fridge nor kettle and it also had ant problem. Family room we got was 201 it was very good and was same as shown in photo neither it had ant problem.
