    When we asked about availability of EV vehicle charging nearby the reception person very impolitely asked us to find it out by ourselves. when at the location he made some attempts to amend it and offered the plug in facility but the place had poor voltage so it did not work. then the air conditioner did not work properly despite several complaints he finally got us a new room at around 11 PM after spending some horrific hours of sweating. the rooms very not clean , the towels were all torn but clean. the location is great . it would od very well with some good polite language at reception, clean rooms and towels and a functional air conditioner.

    Staff are friendly and responsive but unfortunately Geyser is not working properly , though we did not on it - Hot water is coming out all taps including faucet - which is very uncomfortable
