    In a touristy place like Puri, one expects hotels to be adaptive and flexible in meeting the needs of guests. Unfortunately the response of the kitchen to any food request was generally negative, even with regard to items listed in the hotel menu. And to top it all, there was no one to pickup the phone on our last morning and no call back.
