    During my stay at February Hotel, communication was a significant challenge. Staff do not speak English, so it is essential to ensure all booking details are correct in advance. Information provided by one customer service representative was not consistently communicated or confirmed by others, making follow-up and issue resolution difficult. For non-Korean guests, assistance appeared limited mainly to payment processing, and communication was further hindered by the frequent use of hand “X” gestures instead of verbal explanations, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. There is no room for empathy.

    I had a wonderful experience at February Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which made my stay comfortable from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation. Overall, February Hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and pleasant place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

    My stay at February Hotel in Busan was very frustrating due to poor communication and an incorrect handling of my online booking. The hotel did not get the booking details right, which caused problems from the moment I arrived. To make matters worse, none of the staff spoke or understood English at all. This made it extremely difficult to explain the booking issue or any other concerns. Because of the language barrier, there was no proper reassessment of the situation and no effective resolution offered. For a hotel that accepts online reservations and hosts international guests, accurate booking management and basic English communication are essential. Unfortunately, both were completely lacking during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to international travelers unless they are fluent in Korean and willing to deal with booking issues on their own.
