    Super Great location walking distance to metro station , good value for money, room is clean but not for those who don't smoke cause room smell cigarettes smoke, staff is excellent, limmetd facilities and amenities.

    I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were not hospitable and did not offer any assistance with our luggage during check-out. The room cleanliness was also below expectations, particularly the carpet, which appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Basic toiletries were not provided; only shampoo and soap were available, along with a half-used roll of toilet paper, which was unacceptable. In addition, there was very little privacy due to poor soundproofing, as noise from neighboring rooms could be clearly heard. Overall, the quality of service, cleanliness, and guest comfort did not meet the standards expected from a hotel stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance future guests’ experiences.
