The hotel room was lovely, spacious, and clean with a bunch of amenities and overall a high quality experience. The view was lovely as we were on the 7th floor and got to look directly down onto the slopes. My only complaint was that the front desk was closed for the evening and we ran out of towels. Excellent experience! I plan on coming back, especially at the low price I paid.

We had a room facing the ski slopes and it was so convenient that there was a foreigners ski school. The kids picked up skiing easily and had a blast. They were skiing on their own the next day. Room was spacious and clean. Simply awesome hotel

I booked a suite at Phoenix Hotel, but when I checked in I was sent to a Condo room instead of the hotel. The room was old, had a smell, and looked nothing like the suite shown in the photos — no bathtub, no island counter, no minibar, just a dated condo room far from the hotel building. After I went back to the front desk and explained the mistake, they moved me to the hotel, but only gave me a twin room, not the suite I booked. When I later asked Agoda for a price difference refund, the hotel told them that they had already provided a suite and that I requested the room change myself. That is simply lie, I only asked to move because the first room was not what I booked. Very disappointing experience.
