telephone, kettle, and AC in Room 104 were not working. The bedsheet and pillow were also dirty with hairs/ patches. Despite repeatedly calling reception from my mobile and physically visiting the reception desk multiple times, it took an entire hour to get the room into a reasonably manageable condition. I would not recommend this place. It is better to avoid booking here.

I couldn’t open gate when someone ring the bell and the staff tried to open the lock with master key and tried to enter my room. This is a serious concern about security and privacy. Second, service is pathetic- I had to call reception three times to order water bottle and they showed their face in 30mins.
