The hotel’s restaurant was closed when we were there, this was not communicated prior to our arrival and had to always order out. This was a huge inconvenience . I also didn’t appreciate the room cleaning service which was very poorly done. Sheets were not changed regularly and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I will not stay in this hotel again and I will not recommend it.

The hotel boasts a desirable location with ample parking directly in front and close proximity to Hamdeok Beach. Our room was clean and spacious for three occupants, and the beds were comfortable. However, our stay was impacted by a significant issue regarding climate control. We were informed by reception that the air conditioning system is centralized and only provides heating during certain periods, meaning no cold air was available. This crucial information was not disclosed during the booking process or on the hotel's online portal. Given that we were traveling with a young child who requires a cool environment due to severe eczema, we requested and were provided with a stand fan. To achieve a suitable temperature, we had to operate the fan at its highest speed with all windows open throughout the night. Consequently, traffic noise from the nearby road was distinctly audible, occasionally disrupting our sleep. Although we booked a mountain view room, the mountain was barely visible due to the window's angle and obscured by rain during the wet season. The hotel did not provide umbrellas, which would have been beneficial during heavy rainfall. Communication with reception was also challenging as staff primarily spoke Korean, necessitating the use of Google Translate. Overall, despite the air conditioning issue, our stay was satisfactory. The hotel offers good value for its price. It would likely be a more comfortable experience during summer when cold air conditioning is presumably available. Option 2 (Emphasizing the inconvenience of AC): "We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location, providing abundant parking and convenient access to Hamdeok Beach. The room was clean, spacious for our group of three, and the beds offered good comfort. A major inconvenience during our stay was the lack of cold air conditioning. We were informed by the reception that the hotel's centralized system only provided heating at the time, a detail not communicated during booking or on the hotel's website. This posed a particular challenge as we were traveling with a young child whose severe eczema necessitates a cool environment to prevent continuous scratching and irritation. To mitigate this, we requested and received a stand fan, which we operated on its highest setting with all windows open while sleeping. This unfortunately led to significant noise disturbance from nearby traffic, occasionally waking us. Our 'mountain view' room offered only a partial glimpse of the mountain from the side of the window, and visibility was further obscured by rain. The absence of complimentary umbrellas meant guests were exposed to heavy rain. Furthermore, English communication with reception staff was limited, requiring reliance on translation apps. Aside from the climate control difficulties, the stay offered good value. We anticipate a much more comfortable experience for guests during the summer months when cold air conditioning is expected to be fully operational."

For the price tag is value for $$$. Location is within the town with lot of eateries.

Amazing hotel especially value for money, incredibly cheap for what they offer. Spacious lobby, with a 7eleven inside the hotel, new towels and room cleaning every day. Could not ask for more. It is a shame that the restaurant in the hotel is not as good.
