Treetop Suites

good for value of money and place

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and attentive. Sleep quality was good, enhancing overall relaxation during the stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Free coffee everyday. Yung ilaw lang sa room puro yellow kaya medyo dim light, need ko pa buksan window balcony para mas maliwanag. Pero overall okay ang hotel malapit sa lahat kaya convenient.

We stayed at Tree Top Hotel from October 16–19, with a group of 21 guests occupying six rooms. While the check-in process was smooth and the location was convenient, our overall experience was disappointing due to several maintenance and service issues that were not properly addressed. We were informed during check-in that one of our rooms would be upgraded but would be located on the third floor due to shower problems. Unfortunately, later that evening, after returning from our land tour, we discovered that another room also had a shower problem. Instead of providing a proper solution, we were given only a plastic pail. We were assured that maintenance would check the issue the following morning, but no one came. The service from the afternoon front desk staff was also disappointing. When we requested fresh towels and tissue paper, we were told that the towels were still in the laundry and that we needed to wait. However, the requested items never arrived. This was frustrating, especially when basic necessities should be readily available to hotel guests. Another major concern was the foul smell coming from the bathroom drains, which we experienced in all our rooms. This is a clear maintenance issue that significantly affected our comfort during the stay. Although the hotel’s location is convenient, guests should also be aware that it is beside bars, making the surroundings quite noisy at night. This may be a concern for families or guests who prefer a quiet and restful stay. Our last-day experience was equally disappointing. We requested packed breakfasts for our group, but only 18 were provided instead of the 22 we expected. The breakfasts were prepared late, leaving us waiting by the shuttle bus with little opportunity to check the order properly before departure. We informed the hotel about the shortage, but no apology or refund was offered. For a group booking of this size, we expected better coordination, more responsive service, and proper attention to basic guest needs. The biggest disappointment was not just the problems themselves, but the lack of follow-through and accountability in addressing them. Overall, the convenient location and smooth check-in were the only notable positives of our stay. Unfortunately, the unresolved shower issues, unpleasant bathroom odors, unfulfilled requests for basic supplies, nighttime noise, and incomplete breakfast order overshadowed these advantages. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves its maintenance procedures and guest service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable, hassle-free vacation experience.
