Villa am Gunzenbach

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was very clean, comfortable and cozy. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed as a family for three nights and had a truly lovely experience. The owner warmly greeted us, gave us a tour of the property, and even brought us a carton of milk since we arrived late and the shops were closed — a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. She also shared her delicious homemade jam, adding a lovely personal touch. The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with every detail considered for comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, the bed was comfortable, the shower excellent, and there was ample parking and garden space to enjoy. Just a short walk from the beautiful centre of Wolfgangsee, the location was ideal. We left feeling rested and refreshed — strongly recommend!

There were perfect 4 days staying at the apartment. The apt is beautiful, very nicely decorated, everything was clean, the check in was very easy and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The location near Wolfgangsee is excellent. Nice walk through village to variety of restaurants, café and the beautiful lake. Our tips for staying in St. Gilgen: perfect place to stay if you plan to go up the Schafbergbahn/Schafbergspitze and excellent location close to cable car to Zwölfehorn /open soon new station - autumn 2020/. Nice public beach in walking distance. It was amazing and we would love to come again. Highly recommended !
