Fantastic hotel. Staff were very attentive and went the extra mile. Hai was a great host and arranged car and boat trips for each day at very reasonable cost. Lovely home cooked breakfast every morning and service with big smiles. All staff were lovely and helpful.

Nicer than the photos. Very modern and loved that it was down a quiet alleyway and by the river. Very beautiful setting. Clean, comfortable bed.
After a while the bathroom started to smell like sewer. The workers there were super nice but kinda hilariously too much.

The staff went above and beyond, gave recommendations and there was a complimentary transfer from the train station which was super handy! I liked the location on the river front and having breakfast included was great! Our flight was late so they allowed us to store our bags, come back and swim, provided towels and a shower they were so accommodating our stay felt like it only finished once we got on the plane.
Nothing against the property at all, but our room was close to the pool so we could hear kids loudly playing in the morning but it wasn’t too bad!

The stuff was extraordinary, they really took good care of us , the breakfast was great too. The location was great, on the river . In the new city . The laundry service was very good .
