Kitchener Country Estate with Pool Hot Tub on private acres that sleeps up to 18

Size of property was good. Slept everyone comfortably. Kitchen and fridge was a good size with enough plates glasses etc for a large group

A few items up stairs were broken, door handles bathroom handles. I wouldn't say it was clean. For example under beds where quite bad! Outdoor area looks like it needs a good scrub. Bathrooms where Ok.

We absolutely loved our recent stay for a girls weekend. There was plenty of room, the facilities were updated and comfortable. Outdoor space was fantastic making it perfect for all weather.

Perhaps another bathroom would have been handy!

We will definitely be back, loved our stay and are already gathering family together for the next! It has everything you need for a family holiday to be able to relax unwind and enjoy. The beds are super comfy weekends was always on call for any help needed.

We loved it

It was a great space for all of us. And please do not get me wrong, we had a wonderful weekend although there were a few things that did not meet expectation if I am honest.

There was no firewood for the fire, we had to buy our own which was not good. The communication through Weekender was absolutely terrible. They said the bed configurations would be different. I had spent a lot of time on the phone and it was still not correct. They did not send us the second code needed. The space outside was not great. For the amount of people, the dining table was way too small, the lounge did not fit everyone. The spa turned off and had no instructions anywhere to get it right. We spent way too long trying to sort this out. The pillows in some of the beds were terrible. ANKO although not comfortable. Barely any fluff in them. Which was very uncomfortable for sleeping. The chair outside was broken, the old wooden two seater, very unsteady one of the girls fell off it. There was duck poo everywhere. It was very obvious someone had not been there to clean as we arrived. I understand this could not be helped although cleaning it prior to arrival would have been better. There was duck poo and marks all up the walls and on the roof, or some sort of mess. Not enough bins for outside. We tried to collect our own firewood although the wheelbarrow was broken so made this very hard. We understand the wifi could be a problem based on the instructions although this did not work AT ALL. We followed instructions trying to get it to work as we needed it for the music and this was very disappointing. I have to sound negative although I understand feedback is always great for a business.
