Modern apartment - Excellent location 50m from the beach, restaurants, bars, shops

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Flic en Flac. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well laid out, with three comfortable bedrooms. It is located close to a fantastic beach and within easy reach of restaurants, while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The owner was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She supported us with travel arrangements and even helped us organize a rental car, which made our stay much easier. Nothing everything was fantastic.

Nice designed and clean apartment, pretty new, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the living room was nice with good tv( Netflix, YouTube ) , car parking place near the building . The host surprised us with some snacks and cold water in the fridge. We stayed only 3 nights.

The pool was not very clean and there are only stairs, but for us it was not a problem 😊

The location is very good.

There is no balcony, and it is not advertised anywhere on Booking.com! If we had known that there was no balcony, we would not have rented it. There is no air conditioning in every room, but it is advertised that there is. The pool is dirty in most cases.
