Good location.
The kitchen has very little counter space; some of the dishes were chipped, old and worn; the toaster was broken; bathroom floor was black and dirty around the walls; walls are thin and we could hear neighbors' conversations; and upgrading is needed.

Carlos, the manager/owner, is very communicative and personable. The property itself is awesome—great location with just a 1/2 mi walk to the village Gondola, enough bedrooms and play-space for 2 families. With all the snow storms Mammoth has been getting, it was great to be able to be walking distance to the Gondola/restaurants. We cooked breakfast a few times as well as 1 night of dinner when we were snowed in. The place was perfect for all of us.
Pots/pans aren’t non-stick or Henckels quality, but that is a minor thing and we were grateful to just be able to cook period. Also, the upstairs loft can get really hot (heat rises) but we adjusted by turning off the heat at a certain point and opening the windows. These are minor things, we otherwise had a perfect stay.
