Location Beds were ok
The fact it was a basement flat .!!! Can not find anywhere on booking .com where it tells you that . Steps down to flat dirty and slippery . The garden in photos look lovely but in reality it’s NOT seating covered in bird poo , table covered in green slime and decking steps slippery and green slime . No flowers anywhere to be seen . Not enough cutlery, hob would not ignite had to use matches . Found it very cold and damp . Very dark had to have lights on all the time .

I recently stayed at Niru Experience Luxury Boutique Garden and felt compelled to share my perspective after reading through some of the reviews. First, the location is outstanding. Being just a 2-3 minutes from the Underground and surrounded by supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants in Earl’s Court makes exploring London incredibly convenient. For a family or group, having that level of accessibility is a huge advantage. The apartment itself is very spacious by London standards. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, generous living space, and outdoor seating are not easy to find in this area at this price point. It genuinely felt more like a home than a hotel. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, our experience was positive. Everything was prepared for our arrival, and the host communication was clear and responsive. When you’re staying in a busy city property that accommodates families and groups year-round, some natural wear and tear but you can tell they put alot of work into maintaining the unit so nothing we encountered affected our stay or comfort. I also saw comments about it being a basement apartment. It is a garden-level flat, which actually made it feel private and peaceful compared to street-level noise. We appreciated that aspect, especially after long days sightseeing. Overall, if you’re looking for a large, well-located London base with responsive hosts and good value compared to nearby hotels, this is a strong option. I would happily stay again.
Everything was all good. There's nothing I didn't like. Would book this property again in the future.

Location, location,location!! Ideal spot, super close to underground, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and pubs. In a beautiful area. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need. Hosts were easily contactable and very helpful

Modern well stocked clean kitchen. A pleasure to cook in. Property manager tried hard to rectify any problems and I appreciated that. The location was fantastic as the subway was 3 minutes away and as Earls Court is a central connection for most lines travelling around London was very easy and saved us a great deal of money. There are mini marts such as Marks and Spencer 2 minutes from property which is so well stocked. Loved my time in London.
I think it needs a repaint and new carpet in the bedrooms as very stained. Property manager sent in carpet cleaners straight away when I mentioned this but it is very stained unfortunately and the walls need painting, but it’s passable. Also the bedding was not the best as sheets did not fit bed and the pillows a bit old and flat, but the bed itself was comfortable.
