La casa es muy acogedora y fresca , la atención de la anfitriona es muy buena y debo decir que la casa es más hermosa que como sale en fotos, huele delicioso y todo muy limpio ... Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy tranquilos ... Definitivamente volvería muchas veces más ☺️☺️☺️ salí contenta y satisfecha

I did not like the lack of responsibility, the lack of respect to clients, the lack of customer service sense, the lack of compromise to offer an excellent service, the lack of prompt actions to guest requests from the property owner and the dirtyness of the property. I do not understand how this property is in booking.com, the amount of issues, dirt, extra charges etc that we faced are unbelievable, this needs to stop unless is a massive change in the ownership of this property Booking.com you need to a much better job in certifying places and making sure that what is offered comply with regulations and most importantly that everything that is posted is true The property manager Angela is the only good thing about this place, she tried to help as much as she could but being under her boss instructions that prevented her from helping us more with our request.
