Three Palms

We had a wonderful stay at Three Palms in Palm Springs. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything our family needed to feel comfortable during our visit. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. My family and I truly enjoyed our time there and would gladly stay again.

One thing to be aware of is that the City of Palm Springs has strict noise regulations, including no outdoor music. While this was a bit of a disappointment for us, we completely understand and respect the city's rules. It was a little challenging at times with our kids wanting to play outside, but overall it did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.

I loved the location it was very quiet ,safe neighborhood close to anything you needed and you could tell the other home owners took pride in it.The inside living area was immaculate in every aspect bedding kitchen dishes etc etc .All the appliances were very up-to-date and the bathrooms and showers as well. The back yard /pool area was like a private Oasis with a wonderful peaceful view of the mountains I enjoyed starting and ending each day out there.The pool was really clean and perfectly maintained. The owner were super fast in texting me back when I had any questions which was very reassuring for an out of town visitor. Wi Fi was strong and had no issues. I will be back again for sure.

House is really cute and well appointed with details.Great location. Owner communication was fast and pleasant. Definitely would stay here again if opportunity presented itself.

Not really a dislike and not owners rule but there is a quiet neighborhood rule so do need to be mindful when using the pool and backyard.

The house was great! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed! The backyard was fabulous and we enjoyed wine by the fire every night. A fantastic location less than 5 minutes to the convention center and only about 7-9 minutes to downtown.

Not a negative just something to keep in mind, there are not a lot of accessible outlets in the main area so if you have a lot of devices to charge make sure to bring a power strip.
