Blízko dění,hned jak se vyjde z apartmánu od rána trhy s ovocem,zelenou a vším možným,všude hned kavárny a krámky.Jen pláž trošku dál ale jinak vše super.
Klimatizace sice fungovala ale asi ne tak jak bych si představovala.

Perfect location for Cannes; le Suquet old town to the right, the marina and excellent restaurants straight ahead, and the centre ville with more restaurants and the shopping district to the left, all within easy walking distance - not to mention the Forville Market! And a perfectly functioning air conditioning system that made sure we slept like babies during a heatwave in the Riviera.
A slightly better selection of utensils for the kitchen would have been nice; the plug of the hairdryer didn't fit in the sockets; no one came to meet us upon arrival as promised because of an issue with some other guest. But we managed just fine.

The location in Cannes is fantastic 10 mins stroll to station, great restaurants nearby. The cleanliness & great facilities - Nespresso with pods! Microwave, dishwasher & we found cutlery, glasses & crockery very clean. Washer & dryer, hairdryer in both rooms & decent set of straighteners if you forget yours.
Luna who was so helpful both prior & during our stay.
Very noisy in bedroom overlooking courtyard because of building work in market which starts late afternoon until at least midnight & also restaurants getting their tables & chairs in a morning very, very early- easily solved we moved into back bedroom & moved my hard of hearing dad into that room & he slept very well!
Also, blinds or curtains in lounge would be good especially if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed.
A small safe would also be a good addition.

La déco était très sympa
La disposition du logement n'est pas adapté à l'accueil d'un groupe, les chambres avec toilettes ouvertes, pas de wc indépendants, le manque de rideaux pour la personne dormant dans le salon
Les toilettes qui coulent toute la nuit
Le bruit des camelots qui viennent récupérer leur matériel dans les box devant le logement tous les matins
