Location is perfect

Constantly smelt of eggs, beds and pillows very uncomfortable

Close to the slopes and town Friendly staff, really helped us out sorting lessons

Pillows unbelievably uncomfortable Noisy in the mornings, the walls are really thin, rooms are insanely hot, but having the windows open meant we couldn’t sleep. I’m coeliac and whilst they had a box of gluten free offerings, it wasn’t replenished so there were only crackers for breakfast, one day they didn’t have anything. I would always encourage hotels to actually taste the gluten free food before offering it, as most was pretty bad. Coffee was surprisingly awful for Italy!

The staff were absolutely fantastic! We loved the bar space and the rooms, the hotel is beautifully done and feels lux, but mainly our experience was shaped by the wonderful staff. The hotel is also in such a perfect location with stunning views!

We really loved everything, a few tiny suggestions for the rooms, it would be great if proper mugs and glasses were provided in the rooms to have coffee ans drinks in something other than plastic/paper cups, also, some robes in the room would be lovely as well. Nevertheless, the whole experience was great and staff were always accommodating and friendly regarding any requests!

Cold buffet continental breakfast for 15 Euros. After the first morning we went to Max's Caffe and had a full cooked breakfast for 12!

Nice Clean Modern Hotel, with nice room and easy access to the slopes - The bar is a nice place to sit after skiing and also in the evening 👍

Albeit good, this hotel could easily elevate its offering by resolving some basics (I understand this is only the hotels second season- however) Why no food in the bar ? (Apart from ham and cheese platters) Why no hot drinks during the day (Could not get a hot chocolate or coffee during the day ?) ☕ Ski Locker - Rubbish lying at the bottom from previous guests 🗑️ Steps to Slope - Could easily be cleared of snow and ice to make for safer access to magic carpet... Breakfast - Nice selection, but always the same (apart from the cakes) - could mix things up a little (maybe with some fresh chopped fruit) Breakfast - often having to ask for things to be topped up (e.g. No eggs left, juice machine empty, no yoghurts etc) Outdoor heating - People outside enjoying your après drinks, but no heaters lit (even although you have 3 or 4 of them available for use) (We did see one lit early afternoon one day when no one was around though 🤷🏻‍♂️) Outdoor BBQ - Saw this and thought we would be treated to some BBQ Food - When we asked when it would be lit to purchase food - we were just told it was used only ever as a heater (Which with above matches no food options and we never saw this lit either just for heat the whole week we were there) Room - For some reason, the last couple of days, our shower gel was not replaced, we did ask, but it was still not topped up 🤷🏻‍♂️ All the above things are minor in their own right, or simply constructive feedback, with some or all, EASILY resolved making your offering far superior to what it currently already is... However, and our biggest gripe - We generally found all the staff to be friendly and welcoming, however the person who appeared to be the bar manager (we assume) needs some people training (a lot) - He literally did not look up, smile, or acknowledge us as guests once (and we were in the bar 2-3 times every day buying drinks (whereas all other staff members would say hi, and even got to know our drinks order)
