Authentic Italian Agriturismo

Lovely stay at the Agriturismo. We love to book here when travelling to the middle of Italy via Switzerland, it is getting back to what is great about Italy: Great food (dinner and breakfast), great wine, great friendly service. It is dog friendly with lovely countryside to exercise the dog around. In the evening there may be events on so make sure you book the restaurant with the room and the staff will ensure you get fed. The breakfast is more substantial than a typical Italian breakfast, good to get ready for a long trip

Overall it is not cheap, but it is good value good value, and not overly expensive. The rooms can be basic, but functional

A nice relaxing stay.

The rooms were quite spacious where our family could just relax without having to think about the lack of space. The hotel area was also quite nice and cosy with a swimming pool and some more facilities like ping-pong etc. The value for the money was good.

As we were traveling by car, the location in the fields area did not play a major role for us. I am nor sure you can get there by public transport.

Dinner, the restaurant was superb ! the restaurant was the star of the show, not matched by the other facilities

The breakfast fell short of our expectations following our experience in the restaurant. Communication was poor, both through booking.com and direct.

Lovely stay, lovely crew

I loved the scenery, the hospitality, the very nice, dog-friendly approach, the coffee and the amazing croissant. :) The parking lot is huge, the place is very easily accessible and beautiful.

Nice noisy place

Very nice place ideal for weddings, birthdays, family parties and company dinners.

I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and peaceful place (always high music during the night). I do not recommend this place to people travelling from North Europe for a stop during a night (Music, restaurant closed when they have parties). The restaurant was closed, in fact it was reserved for a party and we could't eat there. Even if I made a reservation of a table in the restaurant, we were not informed about this point. We have to take the car and go looking for a restaurant.

Good

Nice location away from the busy main road. The old barns have been cleverly converted into en-suite bedrooms. The pool was lovely, surrounded by a garden and shaded area, where the guests could order drinks and snacks.

Dinner and breakfast were a bit chaotic. The staff seemed stressed. Could have been because we were there in August during the Italien holiday week and they were short staffed.

Very poor

At the reception desk we had to wait for long, because no one was available, and even after that we didn’t even get proper instructions. Some of this missing information were on a crumbled paper in the room. When we left at 8 a.m., the reception was empty again. The given rooms did not meet the standard of a 3-star hotel. The lighting was weak, and the lamp’s brightness always changed. Also, the air conditioner was too loud, it unexpectedly started to rattle and only got better after approximately 2 hours. The shower cabin was full of empty shampoo bags and the dirty towels used by other clients were left. Even in front of our rooms, the window-box with flowers was filled with cigarette butts. Likewise, the breakfast was not at the expectable level. At 8 a.m. there were only 2 croissants, instead of fresh bread we could get only toast. For these low rate service we had to pay a disproportionately high price. Based on our experience the opinions on the internet do not match with the reality.

Really nice for a stopover.

The pool area is really nice and (almost) all of the staff was very friendly. Our room was newly renovated and very comfortable.

The inner yard is a bit untidy since there is a farm in use next to the Agroturismo. The hallway of our building was not renovated yet.

It is a nice place, we might have had bad luck with service

The place itself is nice and also has a nice pool with a bar. Unfortunately when no-one is serving at the bar it doesn't bring much. When eventually we did find some staff they were friendly tough.

Staff was nowhere to be found, very confusing in terms of service. At dinner we were just expected to know how everything works. For a cold buffet we found it a little overpriced. I wish we would have a more informative welcome (breakfast times, dinner concept, opening times).

We did not stay we packed up and found a hotel nearby with air conditioning

Location was fine, staff were helpful, lovely pool, ok restaurant and ample parking.

We were not informed of a large wedding taking place at the venue which made it very busy but the main problem was that the temperature was 38 C, and the air conditioning in our room was not working. This was our main reason for booking. Disappointingly the venue knew the a/c was not working but did not tell us.

Not a happy stay

Can hardly find anything I liked.

In short, the naked room, the noisy neighbors at 5am in the morning (to be heard through paper thin walls), the fact that the label agriturismo is (mis)used in such a way. No doubt that Boschi must have been a farm long ago, but when one books agriturismo you have a certain idea what to expect. Instead I had a square empty room in a converted barn, with no furniture (but the absolute minimum), no curtains, no flowers, no pictures on the wall. On top I had paid the rate for a queen bed and what I got was two twin beds, 80cm wide, with a deep moat in between.

Pleasant

It is a very nice and quiet place, very typical of the Po valley landscape. Although very close to Piacenza, it has the feeling of a farm outside of the city chaos. Very friendly staff, very clean, warm room .

The restaurant was closed, what a deception!!! The place felt artificial, the interior decoration ot the rooms is of a poor quality, no bed lights, the shower doors close barely, the breakfast was okay only if you like sweet cakes, white bread and artificial juice.

Stayed there and not coming back

Room was ok, bathroom was modern and clean.

Staff was not so friendly, we wanted to eat outside as it was very warm but that was not what they wanted. After dinner we where charged extra for the patatos which we did not order. We where not explained where the breakfast was and couldn't find somebody to ask. Finally found it, but the room was more for weddingparties then for a nice breakfast.

Fine simple place to spend the night

Beautiful compound, however rooms fairly simple. Good price, easy to reach from the road.

Shower edges could’ve been cleaner, simple breakfast with sweets and prepackaged toast, however also fresh fruit and yoghurt.
