Bridgepoint 502

Amazing view, watching dolphins play from the balcony

Everything was perfect

Comfy beds, great view, well appointed

Complete lack of instructions to access our accm when late at night and dark. No signs to explain where to go or which building to access 502.. as a number of buildings in same complex.. thankfully after 90 mins a lady helped us. Check out staff attitude when trying to explain our frustration was appalling at best.. Bronte was most unprofessional, non empathic person and not suited to customer service roles in my humble opinion, she wont listen, and just demeans every attempt to explain , very dissapointing experience indeed.. Also showers need scrubbing to get rid of smelly and slippery body fat

Location , cleanliness and easy booking

We great but now we can’t book without paying upfront

I made the booking for my co-workers but didn't stay there myself. They absolutely loved the place - once they managed to get inside. Collecting the keys was a complete debacle. It took my coworkers over 2hrs to collect the keys, find the apartment, park the car and get inside. They were a 'late check-in' at 4pm(?!?!) and were given the wrong number so couldn't contact anyone. Which is weird because I was completely spammed with emails and texts after I made the booking. However, I think these were auto generated and it was practically impossible to speak to a real human. I also tried calling a number in one of the dozens of emails I received but no-one answered. It's a shame, because, by all accounts the apartment is fabulous!
