This place is like from fairytale. Or from Gaudi works. There should be more creative hotels like this! Both gardens, common area and rooms are amazing and super cozy (I was in a green one with the view). Very warm inside when it's +4 outside. Very friendly owner.
Hot water ran out after 5-10 minutes.

Too many stairs (no railings). The shower handle was too high to reach! Weird.

This place is just about the cutest accommodation I have ever stayed in. I booked it because it looks so cute, and it did not disappoint - it’s full of little details that were clearly made with love - so beautiful!!
I have mixed feelings about this place. I loved it (see above) but we didn’t always feel comfortable with the staff. We used their laundry service and they charged (or tried to charge) more than quoted originally. Then they didn’t return everything at once, we had to go back to ask for the missing items. If you have an early tour booked, this place is not for you - they do everything far too slow! Even though we found that’s quite common in Peru and Bolivia, asking for the clothes for example should just have been unnecessary (plus, if they’re drying in the sun, why did they not return them the previous evening…).
