La ubicación es espectacular, sobre todo la boca de subte en la entrada al edificio.
Solo tenía un split frío/calor en la habitación, en el resto del departamento solo artefactos tipo convectores eléctricos, que por seguridad al salir dejaba desenchufados, lo que generaba que la casa estuviese bastante fría al volver. Estimo que en verano esa situación será más llevadera..

El departamento es muy lindo, luminoso, amplio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía. Raúl y Patricia son súper amables y atentos. Esta increíblemente bien ubicado y rodeado de los clásicos restaurantes y teatros de Bs As.

Respecto a la ubicacion está cerca de todo, con decir que hay una parada del subte línea B en la puerta del edificio, además realmente el departamento es muy cómodo. Y Rául el anfitrion es excelente, siempre atento a todo lo que necesitamos, y más. Volveriamos sin dudarlo.
