Les 4 étages à monter. La petite chambre sans climatisation. La cuisine en couloir.
Des marteaux-piqueurs des 5h30 le matin car il y avait des travaux dans la grande rue.

Mieszkanie w bloku z wielkiej płyty, na 4. piętrze. W środku czysto, w każdym pokoju rolety, co było dużym plusem w czasie upałów. Nietypowe ustawienie kuchni – ulokowana w korytarzu, co może być ciekawym i funkcjonalnym rozwiązaniem. Łazienka wyposażona w prysznic, pralkę i mały zlew – wszystko działało sprawnie.
Brak windy – może być uciążliwe przy większym bagażu. Wystrój i wyposażenie raczej niskobudżetowe. Kuchnia w korytarzu wymaga przyzwyczajenia. Okolica dość głośna z powodu trwającego remontu ulicy oraz przejeżdżających tramwajów.

No idea how the high rating came about.
No door to the bedroom from common area. Noise from trams/ trains. Clogged basin. No private parking. No lift to the unit on 4th floor.
