Emplacement fabuleux, avec vue directe sur le tiède sur l'île de Tenerife, grande terrasse pour admirer le coucher de soleil 🤩🤩, de superbes piscines naturelles pour admirer la faune sous marine à moins de 50 mètres, résidence très propre et entretenu avec beaucoup de charme , très arboré et fleuri dans le style canarien, parking privatif

Localització fantàstica, terrassa davant del mar en zona aillada i tranquila.

Dutxa amb poquissima pressió. La urbanització dels apartaments en molt mal estat i descuidat.

The view from the balcony very nice. The bedroom with the double bed nice with comfy bed and full length mirror. Sitting area nice too. Helpful with taxi organisation for next day.

The second bedroom had 2 camping type beds in, there was nothing else in the room! No table, no shelf, no hooks, no mirror, nothing!! It was stuffy and unpleasant and the door will not open or close unless both beds are pushed together! Not ideal to have to sleep that close to someone who is not a partner just so you can leave the room to use the bathroom at night. The bathroom, small and dated with a very ugly scruffy old bathroom mat, very unhygienic looking. Nothing in the bathroom like shower gel etc, no nice little things for guests to use to make the stay convenient. We had to call about hot water, we turned up the boiler to max, this was still only enough for one person to shower , hot water ran out for second person. Poor equipt kitchen, no teatowels, just 2 wash up rags, and 1 litre of water for 4 guests. We informed and these were brought to us, but not without them saying they left us water! The woman was quite rude .Which, I guess was supposed to be enough. We arrived late,about 7 pm, a random guy helped us , thank goodness!! We had no data available on our Spanish SIM cards! It is a labyrinth of a place to find the apartment it took him/us ages, and it was extremely stressful. Parking wasn't as straight forward as I had expected. Hosts didn't live close by so when I asked for help they couldn't. 2 of us cut out finger on the door leading to outside terrace, be careful. It was too much challenge for one night. Long stay probably advisable. The most inappropriate was that, while we were struggling to get in and get settled and sort out the car the host wanted to know what time we would check out the next day!!! Ignorant and not empathic. We wouldn't stay again, not for that price and the lack of assistance. We are world travellers, we are used to better.
