The host was responsive to my queries. Check in was also smooth. I really recommend this place as it was affordable, the payment scheme was also ideal, and the place is just walking distance to MOA and MOA Arena (if you have the energy to walk). Perfect for concert goers like me!
There were some problems with the smell of the blankets but the host was able to resolve immediately which is good so everything was great. The kettle was not turning off by itself so that could be a problem for future guests. But so far so good!
