The apartment has a great location, and the availability of a parking space is a big plus for those traveling by car. It is also spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four people and is generally well-maintained.

However, there are some drawbacks. Not all photos match reality, so the apartment pictures on Booking should be updated. Specifically, the balcony furniture shown in one of the photos was missing. Additionally, the kitchen furniture needs refreshing, and the refrigerator and microwave oven require better maintenance. An update of the online information to truly match expectations.

Great parking, easy to enter/exit and very practical too. Spacious. Good check-in instructions. Photographs of the property are amazing, but sadly they do not represent the actual condition.

The bedroom has no outside windows. Upon arrival late at night, we discovered that the apartment was in an extremely poor condition — neglected, unmaintained, and unhygienic. Kitchen surfaces were sticky with grease and/or covered in months of accumulated dust. The bathroom was filled with residue from previous guests (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). The toilet area was dirty, dusty, and neglected. At least two towels provided had visible stains and remnants from previous use. Dishes had visible food residues and were not properly cleaned. The showerhead had not been cleaned in a long time. Fridge shelves were greasy and had not been wiped; the exterior of the fridge was dusty and greasy. All windows and mirrors were dirty, dusty, and neglected. The shower cabin had heavy buildup and clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. Due to the unacceptable conditions, we booked alternative accommodation and checked-out after only one night. The host was reasonable and has refunded us for the remaining reservation.
