Ubicación excelente. Calle tranquila pegada a la plaza de la Merced. Techos altos que ayudan los días de calor. Tiene mucho menaje en la cocina y cuenta con horno y lavadora. También teníamos café, infusiones, sal, aceite, vinagre, agua... Televisores en salón y cocina con conexión a internet. La mesa con las sillas para tomar un café o una cerveza pegados al balcón es un punto.
El apartamento es bonito pero ya tiene años desde la última reforma y se nota en ciertos detalles (cortinas en mal estado, parquet, mobiliario de la cocina). La habitación es algo pequeña. Aún así, es fantástico y funcional. Tiene 2 sombrillas de playa aunque una está totalmente rota y deberían tirarla o cambiarla.
