The best in Croatia! Rajska plaža very nice,
Apartment large and comfortable beds, nice hosts. Dogs are tolerated on a part of the beach. That´s great! And our hosts love animals! :) We look forward to returning in a year.

The apartment was very spacious, also the balcony. The kitchen has all you need to prepare something, we appreciated the large refrigerator. Altough we were at the last level of the building, the heat in the apartment was acceptable, we had 2 ACs which were keeping the temperature low. The property manager is very polite, he is quickly resolving issues. He also gave us a small gift, a bottle of specific drink made from grapes, which is really nice from him to do that.
I was with my family for a week (wife and under 2 years old boy) into the one of apartments from last level (3) of the building. Not so cool since we did our booking since beginning of January,, but anyhow, it was acceptable. During our stay, we had to manage all the things related with cleaning, because nobody else was cleaning the apartment when we were at the beach. I don't know why, we didnt ask because we were too shy maybe. We bought bags for the garbage, toilet paper (that's not a real problem, they are not expensive), everyday cleaning the rooms with a broom which was in the bathroom. A real problem is with the ants, which I think is common to many places. We noticed that we had in the bathroom a spray for killing insects, but we didnt used it since our boy gets in contact easily with that. So you have to be careful with ants, if you keep the rooms clean, without food on the ground, you won't find so many ants. Third problem is about the hot water. For some reasons, the boiler can be controlled from a switch from a lower apartament. And sometimes accidentally the ones which are living below are switching off the boiler, leaving the apartment, and here you are without hot water. The problem with the switch is resolved fast, asking the people from the property, but actually it takes some time until the boiler is making the water hot. This is also not nice when coming from the beach and need to get wash from all the sand.
