Owner is very polite and too much helpful. In future also I would like to book this.
Only 1 Air conditioner system which is not able to cool the two floor. So may be capacity needs to be increase in summer session.

Nice host. Kitchen equipment was ok, big fridge. Apartment was clean. Parking is 2 minutes walk from the apartment (but without any shade).
Airconditioner was not able to cool the apartment, even after giving it a lot of time. Therefore nights were unbearable because of the heat and high moisture - and there was no possibility to use wind to cool it during nights.
Bathroom equipment would need some renovation as well. See view from terrace is not impressive because you can hardly see it. Using a toster was dangerous because of the cable's isolation was burnt out.
