Large period farmhouse with all the amenities. Nice field views. Host left muffins and welcome note. Very enjoyable, private spot.

Could have been much cleaner...especially the bath and dishes. Good comfort, big enough for 4 adults...Good cooking set up, the gas hob leaks a bit.....but where is the table to eat your food...An OK spot although a tad far out of town if you have activities in Invercargill....Good size for families but you need rural experience to work the switch board to turn everything on.....
