Chalet of 280 m2 of living space, private pool, barbecue, lawn, 6 bedrooms all with air conditioning / heating, 2 lounges (1 with fireplace) main bathroom, 3 toilets, porch with fireplace, floor heating, wooden ceilings, etc. ..turismo in Ecija (10min), Carmona (20min) Sevilla (45min), Cordoba (45min) the village is 5 minutes walk.
The house is cortijo style, with all the comforts, underfloor heating, air conditioning in all the rooms, all the wooden ceilings, the hand painted tiling, all the bathrooms with stucco to the lime, hydrahulic floor and Italian porcelain, the old wood carpentry, the house has habitable 285mº is very comfortable, part has a porch with fireplace that remains closed, .has a large table of 3m. In the garden has a barbecue. etc.............

This is a very nice, large house in La Luisiana, a town easily accessible to the freeway. The house has plenty of bedrooms and space for people to spread out, but also areas where everyone can come together to eat or socialize. We really enjoyed the back yard, including the lovely pool area.
Alejandra was very accessible and answered all our questions promptly and graciously. She is a lovely hostess.
We made several side trips to Granada, Seville, and Cordoba - among others - and it was nice to have this house as our home-base to regroup, relax, wash our clothes, and get ready for the next outing. You'll need a car for sure to get around as public transportation isn't available. Although there are places to grab a bite to eat in town, we mostly cooked at home.
We enjoyed our stay here.

La casa es muy bonita, una lastima que el tiempo no nos ha acompañado. Muy cómoda y con habitaciones para tener suficiente intimidad aunque seas mucha gente. Muchas comodidades en la zona de la cocina, microondas, cafetera, tostadora, lavavajillas... La zona muy tranquila y muy accesible.

Si hablamos de comodidad en la casa pueden dormir hasta 16 personas ,pero para desayunar comer o cenar si es invierno no cabrían todas esas personas en la cocina y en el comedor no hay mesa ,hay un porche en el cual para poder estar tienes que encender la chimenea .
Si hablamos de limpieza ,en general la casa aparentemente no está sucia ,pero una casa de alquiler debe tener fundas en los colchones y en las almohadas ,las cuales bastate duras e incómodas .También en pleno invierno las camas deberían estar preparadas con mantas y edredones ,no con una sábana y colcha fina.
En la cocina el menaje impecable ,suficiente para muchas personas ,pero el cubertero ...desastrado todo amontonado paletas quemadas y un solo cuchillo que corta ,vitro con 5 fuegos pero solo iban dos sartenes ,lavavajillas viejo cada vez q sacas el cajón para llenar no se podía meter de nuevo .
En el comedor el sofá sucio y viejo ,debería de tener colchas o limpiarlo a fondo entre alquiler y alquiler ,TV grande y con todos los canales ,el comedor de arriba con un sofá mucho más limpio .
Si hablamos de comunicación ...no nos recibió nadie al llegar ,la casa estaba congelada por qué el aire del comedor no iba ,( las habitaciones si estaban calientes)hblamos por teléfono el viernes por la noche para solucionar el problema al día siguiente sábado ,pero estuve un día entero sin obtener respuesta ,el domingo entró un hombre y arreglo el Split ,el último día tampoco vino nadie ,La comunicación por whasap excepto el día del aire acondicionado Alejandra responde te orienta y aconseja sobre los alrededores .
Lo mejor de la casa el exterior y la amplitud en general ,
