Well appointed. Nice hotel shower. Comfortable bed.Large private terrace with drying facilities and a washing in apartment. Quite a climb from town centre up to the apartment but for this you are rewarded with stunning views. Very close to the Starigrad Fortress walks.Ivan the host was lovely and did inform us that if we had co tacted him prior to arrival he would have collected us and taken up to the apartment.
Our terrace did not really get much sun (possibly due to late season/October)

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The rooms are very spacious, with a beautiful view from the window. There is plenty of space, which was perfect for our little child—he could safely crawl and play around the floor without any issues.
The layout with two separate bedrooms was very convenient, especially since we were traveling with my wife’s parents. It made our stay comfortable for everyone.
The hosts, Ivan and Anna, are amazing people who left us with the best impression. They were very welcoming and helpful.
One of the highlights was the outdoor grill right next to the apartment. Cooking a barbecue there while enjoying the stunning sea view was unforgettable and incredibly relaxing.
We highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with family, great hosts, and an amazing location!

Very affordable
The shower needs a little attention: the shower head didn’t stay up, there were jets but they didn’t work, and it needs a little clean above the door. Other than that it was all spot on.

Date of stay 04 October 2025 for three nights. The apartment is in a decent location on the outskirts of Omis, about a 15 - 20 minute, albeit up a hill. The apartment itself is nice, very spacious with pretty much everything you'd need and I remember the beds being more comfortable than they looked, but nothing special. I had a balcony which gives a great look over the sea and I was lucky enough to witness the sunset on two occasions. The decor in the apartment is odd and mismatched, the bedrooms, and bathroom in particular, looked old whilst the kitchenette and living area looked more modern.
I did not receive check in instructions prior to arrival and no one was there to greet me. I had no internet or phone coverage so could not contact anyone to let them know I had arrived. During booking I had been told that I would be staying on the ground floor, after 15 minutes wondering what to do I found an empty apartment on the ground floor with the key in the lock, the place I stayed at previously worked on the same basis, so I assumed it was for me. However, it didn't look like it was ready for someone but I settled in anyway. An hour later there was someone at the door, when I answered a man asked "Who are you?" I replied with "Who are you?" He said was the host and asked if I had a reservation. It would have been better if this was his opening line. I explained the situation and he told me I was in another apartment two floors above, so I moved all my stuff up.
The water in the kitchen was cold and in the bathroom it was warm at best, which was unpleasant when having a shower. There were no free toiletries, as stated in the property advert. After re-reading the advert there are several other facilities listed which are not provided. If there is something you specifically need I would contact the host prior to booking. At one point another guest knocked on my door and said the washing machine in her apartment was not working and the host told her that she could use mine. I had no problem with this but I do feel the host should have asked me directly instead of letting the other guest do it, I think this was rather unprofessional of him.
The bathroom was a bit unclean, some mould on the ceiling and on the shower head, which I find particularly gross and the shower head holder was broken. Some of the towel holder fittings were loose and I was wary of breaking them and being charged so I hung them elsewhere to dry.
It felt like the host cuts corners to save some money, which is fine, but not when it's at the expense of his guests.
