The quiet.

The proximity to the beach was good. We were within a short walk, but in the busy summer season, I could see that it would have been lovely to enjoy the walk to the beach and then return to the quiet of the cottage. Location was good and the cottage was updated with conveniences. It was perfect for a couple; don't think a family of more than 3 or 4 would have enjoyed it, but the pull out sofa would have allowed a couple of kids sleeping right off the parents' bedroom.
The weather was awful, but the person in charge of our stay at the location handled our call about heating the cottage quickly and efficiently. We had everything we needed even though the weather was thoroughly unpleasant, and we simply relaxed and enjoyed being in such a cozy place with a well equipped kitchen.

I loved everything about the property! I wish the bed was bigger but the room was smaller so I understand.

Loved the interior of the house itself.
The neighbors dogs were very aggressive and we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard. The fence does not seem sturdy enough. Also the neighbors on the other side are renovating and there was a large dumpster sitting in the front yard along with some workers noises.
