About this chalet rental
Ideally located, facing south, sunny 300 days a year, close to the village and hiking trails, just 3 km from the Pyrenees 2000 and Font-Romeu ski slopes (free shuttle bus right in front of the chalet) the chalet des pics- green on an area of 160 m2, on the ground floor of 1000m2, on two levels, its access is easy for disabled people.
Full of charm, warm and comfortable, it has been designed to ensure you a most pleasant stay with friends or family and with your animals without supplements (unfenced garden) as they are welcome.
The chalet offers a beautiful view of the Cambre-d'Aze mountain, it is in harmony with its environment, it was built in black fir wood in an artisanal way by a Master Fustier of the Vosges. the owners will welcome you, the final cleaning, the tourist taxes, the tea towels, the cleaning products, the awls are included, We speak English and Spanish. We will be happy to advise you on the activities and documentation is available to you.
We ask for a deposit of 750 euros on arrival (by check or cash).

Je recommande cette location. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et la personne sur place très gentille. Petit bémol : la chambre mezzanine qui est compté comme une chambre alors qu'elle n'est pas fermée. Sinon chalet très bien équipé et très bien décoré. Merci !

The house was very nice, and in a nice place and surroundings. But there were a lot of problems ! First, when taking a shower upstairs, the water was going from the floor downstairs on the beds in the rooms. The owner seemed to think it is normal ! Secondly, the tab of the washing room exploded and was replaced only after our departure. Third the pipes of the WC and kitchen were regularly full and we had to open them. Four, this house is rented for 12 persons, a large family, but the owner complained we make too much noise (He should rent the house to 5-6 persons without children ! )Five, after 5 or 6 persons take a shower in the morning, there is no more hot water. Finally, on the last day, the owner complained that we .damaged the shower's door (we lost a small wheel) and retained 200 euros from the guarantee...
All in all, the chalet is nice, and it was more or less OK, that's the reason we gave 3 stars. But if the owner wants to rent his place to 12 people (the price is for 12 people) , he certainly has to review and very much improve the installations.
