The apartment is placed very close to the beach. There are a few restaurants near by, or else you can walk to central city.
There was no cleaning or change of towels during af 11 days stay. The lower apartment do not have aircondition and is very humid. Therefor a lot of mosquitos.

Die Lage vom Apartment ist super, man hat den Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie auch Cafés fußläufig in der Nähe. Der Besitzer ist total freundlich gewesen, war immer da wenn man etwas brauchte und hat sich erkundigt, ob es einem gut geht!
Leider hatten wir ein Apartment, das noch nicht renoviert wurde - die anderen im Haus waren bereits renoviert. Es war sehr alt und somit für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben zu teuer.

Pobyt w tym obiekcie był bardzo przyjemny, polecam.
Obiekt położony jest kawałeczek od plaży co jest dużym plusem. Pokój z widokiem na morze jest wspaniały, można usiąść na dużym balkonie i podziwiać zachód słońca, plażę i bezkres wód. Gospodarz, zarówno szef jak i drugi Pan który jest na miejscu są bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Apartament był czysty, zawierał wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy kuchenne ale i suszarkę na pranie, deskę do prasowania etc. Dodatkowo jest klimatyzacja.

Stupenda vacanza a Parenzo
Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dall'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari. Sono delle persone davvero speciali e molto disponibili. L'appartamento, dotato di una splendida terrazza, che ha ospitato tutti i nostri pasti, e dalla quale godevamo di una bellissimo scorcio di mare, era pulitissimo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto comodo.

Rent fräsch med allt man behövde och en fantastiskt värd.
Det var helt enligt förväntan. Rent, fräscht och allt man behövde. Bra med parkeringsplats. Ett stort plus var den fantastiska värden. Så trevlig och hjälpsam vi kände oss oerhört välkomna. Nära till både strand och stor mataffär med bra utbud.
Allt var toppen.

War ein klasse Urlaub
Der große Balkon, ruhige Lage, Nähe zum Strand. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man etwas brauchte, war er sofort zur Stelle.
Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber alles da. Die Wohnungen werden derzeit renoviert. Uns wurde eine renovierte Wohnung gezeigt, die sehr modern umgestaltet wurde.
