Lovely house in need of a little TLC. Godsend of having the stair lift. Great location with beach, shops, arcade and places to eat well within walking distance. Plenty of room at the property, just feel it could be utilised better.
Bedrooms need thought about layout, could work well with some tweaks. Patio furniture needs replacing as there were only 2 chairs and one was broken. Agree with others that some pots/planters would look lovely rather than the sea of concrete. No real grumbles just missing some finishing touches. Shower needs attention, cleanliness and door doesn't shut properly.

Property is near to beach only a short walk at end of road, near to shop at end of alleyway, near to takeaways snd supermarket. Lots of parking Quiet Facilities for washing and drying outside
Cleanliness in property is not the best, property could benefit from a thorough deep clean and quite dirty Door to upstairs toilet not able to lock Silicone mouldy in shower
